We are hiring Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representatives for a fully remote, 24/7 call center. Paid training provided.
Responsibilities:

Assist customers by phone and chat in Spanish and English

Answer questions and provide support in a professional manner

Help with basic troubleshooting (internet, Wi-Fi, devices)

Document interactions and follow procedures

Escalate more complex issues as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)

1+ year of customer service experience

Comfortable using computers and multiple systems

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work evenings, weekends, or rotating shifts
- Must live in New York or Florida

Reliable internet, updated laptop or desktop and quiet workspace
Pay & Schedule:

$17–18/hour + overtime

Shift 1 (Confirmed):

Saturday – Wednesday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Shift 2 (Anticipated):

Friday – Sunday + 2 weekdays (Mon–Thurs)

2:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
