Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties

Ensure compliance with food safety standards while handling food items.
Assist in upselling products to maximize sales opportunities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer service area.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations.
Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
Skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Experience with cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
Ability to upsell products and provide recommendations based on customer needs.
