We are a growing manufacturing company looking for an outgoing, courteous, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Sales Center team in Shakopee, MN. If you're someone who enjoys helping others, can stay calm under pressure, and thrives in a call center environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key player in our inbound Sales Center team. You'll take 60-80 calls per day from independent distributors, assisting with everything from product information to order placement and payment processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Assist customers by identifying product part numbers and entering orders into Sage X3
  • Process payments and resolve service issues quickly and accurately
  • Multi-task between systems while speaking with customers via headset
  • Provide excellent service while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Occasionally assist with lifting up to 20 pounds and other light duties as needed

Requirements:
  • 1.5 to 2 years of inbound call center experience (preferably in sales or order processing)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable wearing a headset and handling 20-60 calls per day
  • Ability to type and talk simultaneously with accuracy
  • Fast learner with solid problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Must be able to sit for long periods and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs
  • Experience with Sage X3 is a plus (but not required - we'll train you!)
