As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a primary contact for clients enrolled in our tax relief programs. You will help guide them through the process by providing updates, collecting documents, answering questions, and ensuring their case moves forward smoothly. You will work closely with Case Managers and internal departments to create a positive client experience from start to finish.
This is a 100% in-office role at our headquarters in Santa Ana, CA.
Compensation: $17.00 – $23.00 per hour (depending on experience) Full-time position (40–50 hours per week)
