Reason: Replace FA Employee Department: Nationwide Post & Publication Job Category: Mortgage Operations Job Title: Coord,Foreclosure Duties: Provides exceptional customer service to internal and external clients for non-judicial foreclosure transactions. Processes a high volume of foreclosure orders in multiple states accurately and efficiently according to established policies and procedures. HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE Role focuses on administrative tasks to support the day-to-day foreclosure process. Perform quality control check. Establish and maintain positive client/vendor relationships. Communicate with vendors and clients regarding foreclosure matters, answering questions and providing information. Monitor incoming email inbox Input and update data in proprietary application Other duties as assigned 100% remote Preferred PST based candidate, flexible to other locations provided they are able to work PST schedule. Monday thru Friday, 8am PST to 4:30pm PST, with a 30 minute lunch Flexible break schedule based on deliverable demand Skills: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs) Self-starter Time Management skills Team player Resourceful Customer service skills Communication skills: verbal & written Proficient MS Office skill set; Excel skills Working with confidential and proprietary information.
