We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for a full-time role in San Jose, CA, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, with a pay rate of $23-$30/hour.
Responsibilities include
- answering inbound calls, providing product info, resolving customer concerns, follow-up calls, researching information, and routing calls.
Preferred skills are strong computer and multitasking abilities, along with professional phone etiquette.
Requirements include effective communication, ability to provide references, and willingness to undergo background and drug screening.
