We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for a top employer in San Jose, CA.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
Pay: $23-$30/hour.
Requirements: 6+ months of customer service experience, strong computer and multitasking skills, professional phone etiquette, effective communication, and ability to pass background checks.
Job duties include answering inbound calls, providing product info, resolving concerns, follow-up, researching info, and routing calls.
