We are looking to hire a detailed-oriented office star for a customer service representative role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
  • Manage customers emails and chats in a professional manner.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Go the extra mile to engage these customers.
  • Schedule Service/estimate appointments in a timely manner within our current time windows.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording accurate and complete account information.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and escalating to customer relations, following up to ensure resolution.
  • Inform customers of deals and promotions.
  • Make outbound calls to book, confirm upcoming appointments, sell or renew service plans.
  • Adhere to company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Learn from scripts.
  • Be a team player.
  • Other duties/tasks/projects as assigned.

Requirements include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent phone skills, listening skills with an empathetic voice and manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Energetic with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
