Initial Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in the success and growth of National Calibration Inc and our clients. Your initial responsibilities will include:
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all client inquiries are addressed promptly, professionally, and with a customer-first attitude.
  • Sales Support: Engage with customers to promote our services, help manage leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
  • Appointment Scheduling & Coordination: Organize appointments and coordinate the receipt and delivery of customer equipment, ensuring schedules are optimized and customer expectations are exceeded.
  • Client Data Management: Use our in-house designed software to maintain accurate client records, track service needs, and monitor equipment status.
  • Task Management: Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all responsibilities are completed on time and in alignment with company goals.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Comfortable using Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and other tools for client communication and data management.
  • Strong Organization skills: Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and work efficiently under deadlines.
  • Effective Communication: Demonstrated ability to interact professionally and effectively with customers and team members.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent: Required.
  • Knowledge of Tools: Helpful but not mandatory.
  • College Degree: Is a plus but not required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, and reach for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift or move heavy instruments (up to 50 pounds for short distances)
Must Have:
  • Clean driving record for the past 3 years
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
