As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll serve as the voice of our brand, assisting customers with empathy, patience, and a keen eye for detail. You’ll play a key role in fostering meaningful, long-term relationships while ensuring each interaction reflects our core values. This position also offers the opportunity to grow into a more senior support role over time, making it a great fit for someone looking to build a long-term career in customer service.
What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, thoughtful support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with orders, returns, exchanges, refunds, and general inquiries
- Offer product guidance and styling support when appropriate
- Resolve concerns with empathy and a solutions-focused approach
- Escalate more complex cases when needed and ensure follow-through
- Maintain accurate records and notes in our systems
- Collaborate closely with warehouse, retail stores, and internal teams to support a smooth customer experience
This is an on-site role, Monday through Friday based in Minnesota.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of customer service experience required, preferably in retail or eCommerce
- A warm and professional communication style
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to stay focused under pressure
- Confidence in handling a variety of customer situations with patience and care
- Experience with CRM or customer service tools is a plus
