Shift: 7am-3:30pm

What's a typical day as Customer Support Representative I? You'll be:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service and support via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Using your computer and tech skills to create sheets, navigate Microsoft and Google Suites, and efficiently manage information
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Reporting directly to the Customer Support Supervisor or designated manager
