Customer Service Representative

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative I/II to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, ensuring their inquiries and needs are addressed with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing accurate information and solutions.
• Maintain and update customer records to ensure data accuracy.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Adapt to various customer situations, finding appropriate solutions while aligning with company policies.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions to support the continuous improvement of service processes.
• Maintain a professional, patient, and polite demeanor in all customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Education requirement is an Associate degree.

Work Hours:

Monday through Friday, first shift.

8 AM-5PM

• Pay Range: $20 - $26 per hour
