Customer Service Representative

Looking to TRADE UP to a better opportunity? Fresh Air Air Conditioning and Heating is looking for a self-motivated individual with experience working for an HVAC company to join our growing and dedicated Customer/Dispatch Support team. The Customer Service Representative is paid hourly plus opportunity for spiffs.

What you will do:

• Manage incoming calls from customers and Dispatch
• Schedule and manage customer estimates 
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve full satisfaction of work provided 
• Manage customer and technician schedules 
• Renew and manage maintenance agreements 
• Build relationships with customers and provide top-level service and support 
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer needs, requests, and tasks performed 
• Appropriately handle and de-escalate customer complaints and concerns 

Who you are:

• 1+ years of HVAC call center (preferred) 
• 1+ years of Customer support experience with high call volume 
• Experience with MS Office products preferred 
• Experience with Service Titan preferred

Hours:

Monday - Friday 

8am - 4:30pm, On call rotating weekends from 7:45pm - 10pm(Friday) 

8am - 4pm (Saturday& Sunday)

In - Office
