Pay: $18 - $23 per hour, (depending on experinece)Essential Job Duties
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with new & existing customers through a high degree of professionalism and excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
  • Daily duties include heavy phone activity and computer use.
  • Field staff requests/inquiries regarding general issues.
  • Receive incoming calls and create work orders.
  • Manage timely responses to customers' calls and inquiries.
  • Plan, forecast, schedule and communicate service calls with customers and technicians.
  • Maintain an extremely well-organized calendar.
  • Other duties and additional responsibilities as directed, depending upon interest and capacity.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Not responsible for supervising employees.
Minimum Requirements

Hybrid Schedule
  • Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
    Tuesday - Thursday in office
    Monday & Friday remote
Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED
Preferred Requirements
  • Associate's Degree
  • Sales or customer service experience, especially in a call center environment.
  • Bi-Lingual, English & Spanish or English & French.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.
  • Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc.
  • Basic messages communicated orally. May write brief messages and keep simple records. May explain and offer guidance on routine procedures.
  • Problems encountered are routine, somewhat repetitive and generally solved by following clear directions and procedures.
  • Decisions generally affect own job or assigned functional area.
  • Results are defined and existing practices are used as guidelines for how to complete work activities; works closely with supervisor/manager who provides broad guidance and overall direction.
  • Prioritize assigned and routine tasks. Handle appropriately.
  • No additional competencies required.
Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment
  • Work is primarily sedentary: must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse, frequently.
  • Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays (contingent on position requirements).
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
