Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Wednesday & Thursday Off)
Duration: 4 Months Contract

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and partners via phone and email
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally
- Diagnose and resolve delivery or order-related problems
- Monitor delivery routes and provide real-time updates
- Process order changes, cancellations, and updates
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Support logistics operations including scanning and verification tasks
Required Qualifications
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service or call center experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in logistics, dispatch, or delivery support (a plus)
- Bilingual skills (highly preferred)
