The Parks & Recreation department is currently accepting applications for a Customer Service Representative to work out of the Rec Center and Old Town Activity Center facilities. This is a part-time position working up to 28 hours per week, and requires open availability Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and the ability to work scheduled City events. Position Summary
Serves as the primary contact for all aspects of registering individuals for programs, memberships, activities, classes and festivals and all aspects of reserving indoor and outdoor facilities.

Minimum: High school diploma or G.E.D. and two years of customer service experience.
Environmental and Physical Factors
Work is performed in a busy environment. This position requires the ability to sit for prolonged periods; mobility to move about the parks and recreation facilities as needed; and visual acuity to review information for accuracy and thoroughness of the work assigned.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting hourlyrate of pay is $18.96 – $21.33 per hour dependent on qualifications and directly related experience. This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime pay. In addition, the City offers a comprehensive benefits package including:
