This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling, starting at $17.75/hour + monthly bonus opportunities.
What you’ll do:
- Support customers via phone, text, and email
- Answer questions, solve problems, and create a great experience
- Recommend products and services based on customer needs
- Keep accurate records of interactions

What we’re looking for:
- Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable multitasking and using computer systems
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- This role requires the ability to wear a telephone headset for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day, while handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
