We are seeking a Permit Analyst/CSR/Admin Assistant for a full-time, contract position with flexible onsite, hybrid, or remote work options.
- Assist with receiving, reviewing, and processing permit applications for accuracy and completeness.
- Enter and maintain data in internal systems, respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and guide applicants on documentation and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, track application progress, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain organized records, prepare basic reports, and deliver professional customer service.
Qualifications include 1+ year in customer service, administrative roles, or similar, with attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills.
Training and ongoing support are provided. This role suits candidates experienced in customer support, office coordination, or data entry who enjoy helping people and managing documents.
