Farmers Insurance is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for clients. This role serves as a key point of contact between the company and its customers, providing accurate information, timely assistance, and effective solutions.

Salary Range: $30000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
• Document customer interactions and update account records in company systems
• Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
• Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics and quality standards

• Possess or be open to obtaining, a Property & Casualty Insurance License with support from our District.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
