Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, assisting with account-related questions, resolving concerns, and providing guidance on available options and services. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound communication in a fast-paced call center environment while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and a customer-focused approach. Successful candidates will be comfortable navigating multiple systems, managing high call volumes, and delivering a positive customer experience. Comprehensive training is provided to support success in the role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers
  • Make outbound follow-up calls as needed
  • Review customer information and provide clear, accurate guidance
  • Enter and update account details within internal systems
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all customer interactions
  • Meet established productivity and quality standards
Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-based environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Dependable with strong attendance and communication skills
