Hiring IMMEDIATELY - 1st Shift Customer Service Representative located in Odessa, MO!
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support daily operations in a fast-paced auction yard environment. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and staff while handling essential administrative functions. This position requires prior experience in a similar role and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm
Pays: $16.50/hr.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Assisting customers and vendors at the front counter
- Processing and paying purchase orders (POs) accurately and in a timely manner
- Performing general administrative and clerical duties
- Using computer systems daily, including Microsoft Outlook and Word
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic to intermediate computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Prior administrative or office experience preferred
