We are seeking talented Customer Service Representatives to play a vital role in our large showroom operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a confident, positive, and professional attitude both in person and over the phone.
- Handle customer inquiries, payments, financing, and refunds within company guidelines.
- Recognize and promptly assist internal and external customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records using available technology and perform clerical tasks such as scheduling, routing, finalizing, and parts ordering.
- Update and manage customer service reports and records.
- Resolve customer issues independently and efficiently.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, with full-time or part-time hours available. Bilingual skills are strongly preferred.
