This position requires a person that is comfortable reassuring our customers that we will handle their concerns effectively,. with the best outcome. A positive upbeat attitude is needed to deal with putting out fires. in the world of customer complaints. We don't provide customer service, we provide a phenomenal customer experience.
It is a plus if the person has customer service for Farmers Insurance already but not required

Send documents to mortgage companies and lien holders
Manage critical alerts
Renewal calls
Send docs for signatures
Onboarding calls
Make changes to Policies
Collecting referrals
Managing spreadsheets
Documenting everything
Detail oriented
Proficient in notating accounts with valuable notes
