Position Description- Handle incoming telephone calls from excavators and efficiently process locate tickets using computerized ticket management and mapping systems
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in computer operations & multitasking across multiple applications
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem solving abilities
- Proficient grammar & punctuation skills
- Friendly & positive demeanor
- Comfortable wearing a headset & working in a call center environment
Schedule:
- Training (6-8 weeks): Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (1st shift)
- After Training: Monday Friday, 10:00 AM 6:30 PM (Day shift between 8:00 AM 6:30 PM)
- No weekend rotation
- Sundays & Holidays are voluntary (earn time and a half when worked)
- Occasional Saturday shifts (1st shift) if scheduled, youll have a weekday off
