Seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for our growing Charleston, SC location!
- Handle customer calls, process service orders, and update accounts.
- Accept payments, research billing inquiries, and resolve issues effectively.
- Communicate with customers and team members to determine service needs and provide solutions.
Requirements:
- 2+ years high-volume customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
- Ability to sit for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
