Seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for our growing Charleston, SC location!

  • Handle customer calls, process service orders, and update accounts.
  • Accept payments, research billing inquiries, and resolve issues effectively.

  • Requirements:
  • 2+ years high-volume customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
