THE TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of order fulfillment procedures and administrative record-keeping
  • High focus on customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional service
  • Independent, self-motivated work style
  • Intermediate level computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Ability to type 35+wpm

Manufacturing experience and data entry experience with Epicor or another ERP system are a plus!


WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 7 am to 4 pm.


In this role, you'll enter customer orders, track due dates, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with sales, QA, and production to ensure every order moves smoothly. Your day will include answering calls, acknowledging purchase orders, addressing expedite or deferral requests, and following up to keep customers informed and confident. Your attention to detail and proactive communication will directly support quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
