Our plastic manufacturing client in the New Kensington, PA is seeking a Customer Service Rep.
-Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and provide support
-Manage customer accounts efficiently, including resolving complaints, expediting orders, maintaining inventory, processing change orders and delivery updates, ensuring accurate shipping procedures, and monitoring product revisions or material changes
-Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
-Track and analyze performance metrics, including on-time delivery
-Monitor customer orders and manage obsolete inventory
-Willing and able to travel as required
-Perform additional duties as assigned to support a productive and efficient work environment
-Proficient in general computer operations
-Knowledgeable in standard office practices
-Able to follow both verbal and written instructions
-Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
-Willing to work overtime as needed
-Able to lift up to 25 lbs
