This position provides administrative support by handling routine to moderate tasks to assist an executive.

Major duties include:

  • Answering, screening, and directing multi-line phone calls with basic customer service
  • Distributing mail and faxes
  • Managing shared inboxes, including printing, filing, and distributing reports
  • Drafting, requesting approvals, and sending staff emails
  • Tracking and following up on maintenance and IT requests
  • Maintaining the 7th floor conference room, assisting with AV, and scheduling meetings in multiple conference rooms
  • Preparing managers' meeting minutes and newsletters

  • Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree and at least one year of relevant experience, with education substitutable on a year-for-year basis.
