This position provides administrative support by handling routine to moderate tasks to assist an executive.
Major duties include:
- Answering, screening, and directing multi-line phone calls with basic customer service
- Distributing mail and faxes
- Managing shared inboxes, including printing, filing, and distributing reports
- Drafting, requesting approvals, and sending staff emails
- Tracking and following up on maintenance and IT requests
- Maintaining the 7th floor conference room, assisting with AV, and scheduling meetings in multiple conference rooms
- Preparing managers' meeting minutes and newsletters
Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree and at least one year of relevant experience, with education substitutable on a year-for-year basis.
