Make a difference as a Customer Service Representative by serving as a key contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction through professional interactions.

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and written correspondence, providing timely support and follow-up on customer issues.
  • Assist with product selection, application, and support sales of goods and services.
  • Coordinate customer requests such as order entry, billing, expediting, credit, and claims.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and 2+ years of experience (preferred). A high school diploma is required; a 2- or 4-year degree is a plus.
