What you will do:
- Handle inbound customer service calls and inquiries
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls for quality assurance
- Contact existing customers to discuss services and promotions
- Schedule and coordinate customer appointments as needed
- Follow up on customer feedback, including positive and negative reviews
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally
