Location: Myrtle Beach, SC
Starting pay $17/hour, plus weekly spiffs that can increase total earnings to up to $25/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8AM - 5PM

What You'll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments
- Communicate with customers regarding appointment details and updates
- Support technicians and office staff with daily administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate customer records and service information
- Help ensure a smooth experience from the first phone call through job completion

Required Qualifications
- At least two years of customer service, dispatching, or call center experience
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
