Pay Rate: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Step into a Customer Service Representative role in Muncie where you'll keep orders moving, support customers, and help inside sales stay on track.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll keep orders moving, support customers, and help inside sales stay on track. You'll work closely with sales, finance, and logistics teams to make sure details are right, communication is clear, and everything stays on schedule.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of customer service, purchasing, warehouse, or related experience (in the distribution industry is preferred)
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
• Ability to quickly learn ERP and inventory systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Mechanical or technical aptitude is a plus

You'll Do Well Here If You

• Process customer orders, quotes, and shipping inquiries
• Provide support via phone and email communication
• Resolve order discrepancies, returns, and delivery issues
• Maintain accurate customer records and account information
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and plant teams to support customer needs
• Identify upselling opportunities and support customer retention
• Assist with inventory coordination and reporting
