You'll be providing exceptional service for our existing and potential customers.* Do you have excellent computer skills, great phone etiquette and communication while using email?* Do you consider yourself a people person and love to solve problems?* Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment?If this describes you, then this role is for you!Key Responsibilities* Processing a high volume of orders from end to end, responding to email inquiries and working with the sales team.* Answering incoming calls concerning a variety of topics.* Configuring truckload quantities of our products to prepare for shipment.* Responsible for the intake process for warranty-related questions or customer complaints.* Communicating daily with production and logistics to coordinate order flow and shipments.* Required experience - proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, exceptional communication & organizational skills in an office environment. Must be able to work individually and as a team.* Demonstrated ability to adapt to sudden changes created by the priority or urgency of work assignments.* Education required - a high school diploma or GED equivalent. A college degree is preferred.* 3 - 5 years with prior experience in customer service with a capacity showing ability to demonstrate care for customers while calmly handling occasionally difficult interactions* Industry experience preferred - basic knowledge of manufacturing and logistics.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesCompetencies:* Adaptability - Be flexible and open-minded.
