Customer Service Representative Overview

This is a vital, high-engagement role focused on delivering quality care and brand representation. You will assist customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat to ensure their transportation needs are met with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Pay: $19.75 per hour (Golden Valley, MN)
  • Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Break Schedule: Two 15-minute breaks and a 1-hour lunch daily.

Key Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Technical Skills: Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and strong typing skills.
  • Communication: Excellent phone etiquette and professional verbal/written communication skills.
  • Reliability: Must have reliable transportation and a proven track record of good attendance.
  • Training Commitment: Must be present for the full initial 2-week training period (first 10 business days) without exception.
  • Physical: Ability to sit for the majority of the workday at an assigned desk.
  • Background: Must be 18+ and able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Multichannel Support: Assist inbound service calls, walk-in customers, emails, and live chats.
  • Brand Representation: Maintain a professional demeanor and focus on high-quality customer care.
  • Schedule Adherence: Ensure you are punched in and computer-logged by 8:00 am sharp to begin the service day.
  • Professionalism: Maintain professional hygiene and adhere to a business casual dress code.
