CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

 Job Summary

Provides customer support to business customers via the telephone and/or Internet (e.g. instant message, email). Handles customer inquiries and resolves simple and basic support issues, such as pricing/availability, processing orders and warranties, or technical assistance. Performs other administrative duties as required. 

Under general supervision, Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for providing, general information and technical problem resolution to customers, processing customer orders and returns, and all general circumstances required in satisfying customer needs via telephone and written communication.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides customer support by phone, email, or instant message to business customers

• Serves as primary contact for inbound/outbound customer issues

• Answering incoming telephone calls supplying the requested information or relaying those calls to the proper department

• Processing all customer requests for orders and returns for product

• Processing all paperwork relevant to customer service

• Act as principal customer contact regarding technical product support and problem resolution

• Provide expeditious, timely and courteous handling of all customer questions and requests

• Continuously improve and maintain knowledge of principles, practices and procedures regarding products and equipment           

• Accurately enter customer contact details into Customer Relationship Management software

Minimum Qualifications:

• Preferred 6-month call center experience in customer service environment

• Customer Service Attitude

• Must be computer literate

• Strong communication & listening skills

• Preferred candidates will demonstrate passion for taking care of the customer and high energy level

• High School Diploma or GED
