Customer Service Representative

Location: Milpitas, CA 95035 (Onsite) Duration: 3-Month Contract (Potential Extension/Conversion Based on Performance) Pay Range: $26/hr. - $27/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts by processing orders, inquiries, and delivery requirements.
  • Prepare quotes and provide pricing information to customers.
  • Coordinate with production teams to schedule demand and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Customer service or related experience in manufacturing, operations, logistics, or similar environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of manufacturing industry experience.
  • Experience working with ERP, production planning, CRM, or customer portal systems.
