Qualified Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented in office Customer Service Representative to a waste management client in the Hiram, GA area. This role is ideal for someone with strong call center experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities- Respond effectively and courteously to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Return all customer calls in a timely and professional manner
- Set up new customer accounts and keep records updated and organized
- Maintain detailed customer records, including logging concerns and resolutions
- Identify, assess, and resolve customer needs to ensure satisfaction
- Utilize QuickBooks for billing, payment processing, and account management
- Assist with communication between internal teams, including drivers and management
Customer Service Representative Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Customer Service or call center experience required
- 2+ years of administrative or customer service experience (service industry preferred)
- Excellent customer services skills
- Basic customer skills required for inputting and retrieving data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment
- Problem solving and conflict resolution
