Seeking a Customer Service Representative in Powder Springs, GA to be the first contact point via email, phone, and in person for internal and external customers.
- Handle high volumes of emails, calls, and sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Serve as liaison between customers, suppliers, warehouse, and shipping teams.
- Enter orders, check inventory, generate shipping documents, and monitor customer credit.
- Communicate order status, coordinate shipments, and assist with invoicing, returns, and freight claims.
- Support general office duties such as filing, ordering supplies, and mail delivery.
- Schedule production and ensure smooth operations across departments.
- Requires high school diploma, 1-3 years related experience, proficiency in Office 365, and CRM experience preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in moderate noise environment.
