Responsibilities
- Welcome every customer to the office with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Assist customers with policy updates and changes.
- Collect and organize all necessary trailing documents.
- Manage incoming claim calls and ensure timely follow-up.
- Prepare and provide Evidence of Insurance as needed.
- Record all customer interactions accurately in eAgent.
- Accept and process customer premium payments.
- Respond promptly to incoming phone calls.
- Stay current with underwriting, rating, and compliance guidelines.
- Meet or exceed phone time and sales activity expectations set by management.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for the sales team with prospective clients.
Requirements
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- A Life & Health Insurance license is preferred.
- Maintain an energetic, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a proactive self-starter with a strong sense of urgency.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask, follow through, and stay organized.
- Work confidently and effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Show strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Exhibit excellent spelling, grammar, and communication abilities.
