This is a temp-to-hire position with paid training, opportunities for long-term growth, and the ability to transition to a hybrid work schedule after successfully completing training.
What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play an important role in supporting patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers by:
  • Answering inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and care
  • Assisting with prescription refills and shipment scheduling
  • Providing accurate information and resolving customer questions
  • Documenting customer interactions accurately and efficiently
  • Following up to ensure each caller receives exceptional service
  • Working collaboratively with your team while following company policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping others and thrives in a customer-focused environment.

Qualifications include:
  • At least 1 year of call center experience
  • Healthcare or pharmacy experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Typing speed of 35 WPM or greater
  • Ability to obtain a Kentucky Pharmacy Technician Registration before or on your first day of employment
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must live within 100 miles of Louisville, KY
  • Ability to attend the full onsite training schedule

Pay Details: $15.50 to $17.00 per hour
