Title: Customer Service Representative
Objective: To ensure customer satisfaction by processing plant orders accurately and timely.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of an Associate’s Degree, demonstrating commitment to growth.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and ability to learn AS400 system.
- Strong recall of facts, data, and procedures.
- Willingness to travel for training, reliability, adaptability, and professionalism.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
- Physical requirements typical of an office environment; dependable attendance and flexibility for non-standard hours.
- Ability to manage stress and foster positive workplace interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to process orders, samples, and claims with care and efficiency.
- Coordinate between customers and departments, resolve issues promptly.
- Manage reports, monitor issue statuses, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Own assigned accounts, handle inquiries, and ensure seamless order processing.
- Enter new customer data, collaborate across departments, and adhere to company procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and accept additional projects as needed.
