The Role (Your Day-to-Day)

You’re the calm in someone’s stressful moment.

A homeowner calls—no heat, plumbing issue, something urgent. You step in, take control, and guide them to a solution.

You’ll handle inbound calls, schedule service, document details, and work closely with dispatch to keep everything moving.

Fast-paced. Team-driven. Never boring.


What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Answer inbound calls and assist homeowners with service needs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
  • Schedule appointments and guide customers through next steps
  • De-escalate concerns and provide clear, helpful solutions
  • Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems
  • Follow call flows, scripts, and performance standards
  • Collaborate with dispatch and team members to resolve issues quickly
  • Hit performance targets (quality, call handling, customer satisfaction)


What Makes You a Fit

  • Comfortable working fully in-office (this is NOT remote)
  • Able to work a rotating schedule (nights, weekends, holidays required)
  • Strong communicator with a confident phone presence
  • Calm under pressure and able to handle difficult customers
  • Able to multitask across systems while staying organized
  • Reliable, coachable, and team-oriented
  • Customer service or call center experience preferred (not required)


Compensation + Perks

  • $20/hour base pay
  • +$2/hour shift differential for select shifts
  • Full-time, stable hours (40/week)

Schedule (Read This Carefully)

This is a 24/7 call center with rotating schedules.


Typical shifts include:

  • 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM


You will rotate across schedules and can expect:

  • Weekend shifts (approx. 3 per month)
  • Holiday coverage as needed
