What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice customers rely on for guidance, support, and solutions.

Your day will include:

  • Answering incoming customer calls and providing exceptional service with patience and professionalism.

  • Helping customers understand and troubleshoot equipment.

  • Assisting customers with ordering supplies and placing new orders accurately.

  • Making warm outbound calls to new customers to help them through the ordering process—no cold calling.

  • Communicating with customers through phone, email, and live chat.

  • Processing orders with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Learning our products and services so you can confidently answer questions and resolve concerns.
