As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice customers rely on for guidance, support, and solutions.
Your day will include:
Answering incoming customer calls and providing exceptional service with patience and professionalism.
Helping customers understand and troubleshoot equipment.
Assisting customers with ordering supplies and placing new orders accurately.
Making warm outbound calls to new customers to help them through the ordering process—no cold calling.
Communicating with customers through phone, email, and live chat.
Processing orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
Learning our products and services so you can confidently answer questions and resolve concerns.
We're looking for someone who:
Loves helping people and creating positive customer experiences.
Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Is comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively.
Has excellent problem-solving skills and takes initiative.
Has a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
After completing 720 hours, you'll become eligible for an outstanding benefits package that includes:
