The City of Lenexa Parks and Recreation department is currently accepting applications for a Customer Service Representative to work out of the Rec Center and Old Town Activity Center facilities. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service and public relations experience and possess the following qualities:
Schedule:
This year-round position averages 20 hours per week and offers a flexible schedule, generally Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. The position also requires availability to work scheduled City events, which may occur outside of regular business hours.
Position Summary:
Serves as the primary contact for all aspects of registering individuals for programs, memberships, activities, classes and festivals and all aspects of reserving indoor and outdoor facilities.

The rate of pay is $18.96 per hour.
Physical and Environmental Factors:
Work is performed in a busy environment. This position requires the ability to sit for prolonged periods; mobility to move about the parks and recreation facilities as needed; and visual acuity to review information for accuracy and thoroughness of the work assigned.
