- Provide accurate quotes, process orders, and communicate details clearly to customers and the production team.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while staying organized.

Ideal candidates will have: strong organizational skills, excellent communication, a strong work ethic, problem-solving abilities, and previous customer service experience. Printing industry experience is a plus but not required.
