Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
$16–$18/hr (based on experience)
We’re looking for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable on the phone to join our team in a customer-facing office support role.
This position is the first point of contact for customers and plays a key role in keeping communication clear, handling inquiries, and supporting internal teams with project coordination and paperwork.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers
- Handle inbound and outbound calls (toll-free and direct)
- Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally
- Resolve questions and concerns
- Perform customer verification
- Route requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate team
- Track and document customer interactions, comments, and concerns
- Maintain and update customer records and databases
- Coordinate with internal departments and employees
- Support project approvals and paperwork processing
- Process payments (ACH, credit card, deposits, etc.)
- Use T-Mobile Dialpad for communication
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of phone-based customer service or administrative experience
- 1+ years working in a professional office environment
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
