Salary/Hourly Rate:
$21/hr

Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by greeting clients, responding to inquiries, processing orders, maintaining accurate records, resolving issues, and handling payments.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude.
  • Greet customers and address their needs.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Process orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Keep detailed records of transactions and communications.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally.
  • Handle payments and ensure proper documentation.
Required Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Representative:
  • 2 - 3 years of customer service or sales experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Representative:
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with industrial or commercial products.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
