It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year experience in a medical or customer service environment, familiarity with computer systems, and knowledge of medical terminology.
Preferred candidates have healthcare experience and can type 40 WPM.
The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm MST, with occasional overtime, and includes 1-2 weeks of training.
Remote workers must have a dedicated, private workspace, high-speed internet, and reside within qualifying states.
Soft skills include active listening, rapport-building, and conflict management.
