Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a full-time, entry-level Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role involves completing cash transactions, initiating loans, and contacting customers about past due payments. The position requires rotating shifts, some Saturdays (Sundays off), and the ability to work independently with reliable attendance. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills
• Ability to operate computers and office equipment
• Valid driver’s license, transportation, and auto insurance
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
