Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: 1100 Technology Dr, Jackson, MI 49201

Timings: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Lunch : 30 Minutes 

Interview Process: Virtual interview followed by an in‑person interview scheduled between April 20-24

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: minimum High School Diploma and a bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Skills: Computer literacy, MS Office experience, basic SAP knowledge (preferred but not required), and strong customer service skills.
  • Interview Process: Virtual interview followed by an in‑person interview scheduled between April 20-24.


Responsibilities:

  • The Customer Service Representative supports Client's Surface Treatment business by serving as a primary point of contact for customers while collaborating with supply chain, operations, and credit teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing. 
  • This role involves providing customer support primarily by phone, collecting and forwarding customer feedback, and proactively managing the full order‑to‑cash process. 
  • The position requires strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills, a customer‑focused and adaptable mindset, and proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office. 
  • Candidates typically have at least two years of customer service experience, with a high school diploma required and a bachelor's degree preferred.
